1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to the website, application form, live sessions, group discussions, downloadable resources, private links, and any learning space operated by Tradeovent Online. It supports a respectful, lawful, secure environment in which participants can practice without exposing customers, colleagues, or confidential business information.
A violation may lead to a warning, removal from a session, suspension of access, termination, preservation of evidence, or referral to an appropriate authority. Action will be proportionate to the seriousness, intent, repetition, and risk of the conduct.
2. Respectful participation
Participants must communicate professionally and must not harass, threaten, intimidate, demean, stalk, discriminate against, or deliberately embarrass another person. Role-play is a learning exercise and must not be used to pressure a participant into disclosing personal experiences or acting out discriminatory, sexual, violent, or humiliating situations.
Reasonable disagreement and direct feedback are permitted when they focus on observable practice choices. Facilitator instructions about timing, turn-taking, confidentiality, and safety must be followed. A participant who needs an accessibility adjustment should request it as early as reasonably possible.
3. Confidentiality and customer information
Use fictional, public, or properly anonymized scenarios. Do not upload or disclose customer names, contact details, recordings, contracts, account data, health information, government identifiers, payment data, passwords, trade secrets, or other information you are not authorized to share.
Participants should treat non-public information shared by others in a session as confidential and should not repeat it outside the authorized group. Tradeovent Online does not guarantee that every participant is bound by a separate confidentiality agreement, so sensitive commercial information should not be introduced without a written team arrangement.
4. Prohibited technical conduct
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, test vulnerabilities without written authorization, introduce malicious code, overload the service, scrape protected content, automate form submissions, impersonate another person, harvest contact information, interfere with another participant's access, or use the website to transmit spam.
You must not reverse engineer a restricted resource, remove ownership or security notices, share private links publicly, or use automated systems to extract course materials. Good-faith security concerns should be reported with enough detail to investigate and without accessing more data than necessary to demonstrate the issue.
5. Content and intellectual property
Do not copy, resell, publish, translate for distribution, upload to a model-training dataset, or create a competing commercial program from Tradeovent Online materials without written permission. Authorized internal notes and completed exercises may be retained by the participant for personal professional learning.
Content submitted by a participant must be lawful, relevant, accurate to the participant's knowledge, and free of material that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights. Submission does not transfer ownership, but grants the limited permission needed to review the application or provide the requested service.
6. No deceptive or regulated misuse
Training materials must not be used to create deceptive claims, conceal required terms, manipulate vulnerable people, evade consumer-protection rules, misrepresent qualifications, or pressure a customer into a decision. The services must not be presented as financial advice, investment recommendations, legal advice, regulated certification, or a guarantee of employment or sales results.
Participants are responsible for adapting practice to their laws, employer policies, industry rules, product disclosures, and customer obligations. Tradeovent Online may refuse scenarios that appear intended to facilitate fraud, discrimination, unlawful surveillance, or other harm.
7. Recordings and publicity
Do not record, photograph, transcribe, livestream, or publish a live session without advance written permission and informed agreement from affected participants. Automated meeting transcription and note-taking tools count as recording technologies and should be disclosed before activation.
No participant name, image, voice, employer, quote, or feedback will be used as a public endorsement without an appropriate basis and approval. Sample feedback on the website must remain clearly identified as sample language until replaced with verified and approved participant comments.
8. Reporting and enforcement
A concern may be reported using the contact details at the end of this page. Include the date, service, conduct, and available evidence, but avoid forwarding unrelated sensitive information. Retaliation against a person who raises a good-faith concern is prohibited.
Tradeovent Online may investigate, preserve relevant records, limit access during review, and communicate with affected parties or authorities where appropriate. This policy may be updated as services and risks change; the current updated date appears above.
